She started her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent over a decade as a trader in London and Chicago before making the move to the tech industry.

Since then, Wendy has held international leadership roles at a number of fast-growing tech firms. She ran European sales for Dropbox where the business crossed $100 million in revenue. As Senior Vice President of Sales at CarGurus (NASDAQ:CARG) she scaled revenues to $30 million across Europe, led on the acquisition of the company PistonHeads, and was a member of the board of CarGurus Ireland. Her most recent leadership role was at Gong, the leading AI platform for revenue teams, which has been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 for 5 consecutive years. Wendy was hired as the first employee in Europe as Senior Vice President of International and a member of the Global Senior Leadership team.
